The first phase included a new central mechanical plant and upgrades to the hill climb, Leland Building and Fairley Building. Phase 2 targets the Triangle Market, Sanitary Market, Corner Market, and First and Pine Building. Both Phases 1 and 2 include lateral improvements and seismic upgrades throughout existing buildings including steel braced frames, steel moment frames, concrete shear walls, underpinning, drag struts and lateral wood framing.
