This renovation included a public plaza, a team store, a restaurant, a community meeting room, three group and family decks, extra seating, additional restrooms and concession stands, a 12,000-square-foot sports rehabilitation clinic, and a canopy roof that will cover 4,000 east-section seats. Stadium capacity increased from 16,000 to about 24,000. Inspections included soil density, reinforced concrete, proprietary anchors, structural steel fabrication audits, structural steel erection, masonry, fireproofing, intumescent paint coatings and ultrasonic testing.
