Stuart Carter, P.E.

Stuart has been with MTE for 18 years. He has two kids and is passionate about volunteering at their school, coaching their baseball teams and helping out in Sunday school.

Special Projects Manager

Stuart has more than 15 years of experience in materials engineering including extensive experience with Fiber Reinforced Polymers (FRP) testing. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Washington on multiple occasions.

As Special Project Manager, Stuart conducts condition surveys, field investigations, non-destructive and minimally destructive testing of concrete and masonry structures, and develops and implements testing and quality assurance programs.
