This $75 million project consisted of a six-story, 239,000-square-foot medical office building with an adjacent five-story, 211,000-square-foot parking structure including one level below grade. This project was awarded LEED Silver certification and received a Northwest Construction magazine Best of 2010 Award in the Office category. St. John Medical Center Renovation

This $40 million renovation project consisted of a multi-phased remodel and seismic retrofit of all patient rooms and public areas in an eight-floor tower, built in the 1960’s. Additional construction to the emergency department doubled its size. Inspections included reinforced concrete, shotcrete, structural steel fabrication and erection, spray-applied fireproofing, epoxy grouted anchors and expansion anchors.

Kaiser West Side Medical Center Parking Garage

Part of a $242 million expansion, this project consists of an 8.5-level concrete parking garage with 1.5 stories of serpentine brick screen walls. This 352,000-square-foot parking garage holds up to 915 cars.  Inspections include reinforced concrete, post tension concrete, welding, and structural steel fabrication and erection.
