New 185,000 square foot sporting goods store with running waterfalls, a giant walk through aquarium, restaurant, indoor archery range and shooting gallery. Inspections include reinforced concrete, nonshrink grout, baseplate grout, epoxy grouted anchors, masonry and structural steel fabrication and erection.
Northgate Mall Expansion and Parking Garage,

$10 million mall expansion consisting of a new 50,000 square foot, four level parking garage and four new retail buildings totaling 60,000 square feet. Inspections include soils, reinforced concrete, post-tension concrete, nonshrink grout, baseplate grout, epoxy and expansion anchors, structural masonry, structural steel fabrication and erection, ultrasonic testing and asphalt density.

Provided testing and inspection services for new 160,000 square foot warehouse stores of structural masonry construction in Monroe, Tacoma, Federal Way, Kent, Longview and Portland. Inspections include soils compaction, reinforced concrete, baseplate grout, epoxy grouted anchors, expansion anchors, structural masonry, structural steel fabrication and erection, floor flatness and asphalt compaction.
Alderwood Mall Expansion,

1.5 million square foot expansion to existing mall. Phased project consists 2 new parking garages, lifestyles building, movie theatre, open air plaza, loading docks and entries, skybridges, and interior remodels. Responsible for materials testing and inspection on all structures. Inspections include reinforced concrete, post tension concrete, augercast piles, masonry, epoxy grouted anchors, structural steel fabrication and erection, ultrasonic testing and fireproofing.
