$400 million expansion of medical campus including new cancer center with attached parking garage and 2 new patient towers. Inspections include reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, nonshrink grout, epoxy grouted anchors, asphalt density testing, structural steel erection, structural steel fabrication, and fireproofing. Also provided an on-site laboratory.
$149 million ten-story, 362,000 square foot medical tower. Three floors below-grade include a central utility plant; above grade, a seven-story concrete structure features a new emergency department and critical care unit, as well as connections to the existing tower at each level. Inspections include reinforced concrete, structural steel fabrication and erection, ultrasonic testing, shoring, batchplant, shotcrete and fireproofing.
$293 million project to bring hospital up to new seismic standards and expand emergency facilities, in-patient bed capacity and operating rooms. The bond program consists of two projects: the Ninth and Jefferson Building and the Inpatient Expansion Building. The Ninth and Jefferson building will house an infectious disease center, laboratories, Involuntary Treatment Act Courtroom, retail, building lobby, and underground parking. The Inpatient Expansion Building project includes seismic improvements to the East Hospital trauma center tower and the new construction of an inpatient wing, housing additional operating rooms, Emergency Department capacity and inpatient beds. The new wing will be connected to the existing tower by a bridge building. Inspections include soil density, concrete, shoring, shotcrete, masonry, structural steel fabrication and erection, ultrasonic testing, brick panel fabrication, fireproofing, asphalt density and fiber reinforced polymer.
$400 million new hospital addition includes state-of-the-art surgical suites, new emergency department and 80 private rooms. Inspections include reinforced concrete, pre-cast erection, masonry, fireproofing, waterproofing, seismic anchors, structural steel erection and fabrication, ultrasonic testing, shoring, seismic resistance, floor flatness, and moisture emissions.
$104 million, 181,000 square foot addition to the hospital with a new multi-level, 440 space parking garage. Inspections include reinforced concrete, structural masonry, structural steel fabrication and erection, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, dye penetrant testing, epoxy grouted anchors and expansion anchors.
$49.5 million addition and renovation to existing surgical center. Inspections include soil compaction, reinforced concrete, baseplate grout, epoxy grouted anchors, expansion anchors, structural steel fabrication and erection, and fireproofing.
$44 million, 175,000 square foot, new five-story hospital tower plus four levels of underground parking. The new south wing houses a 40-bed trauma center, six operating rooms, and 200 patient beds. Inspections include reinforced concrete, concrete batch plant, augercast, shotcrete, masonry, post tension concrete, structural steel erection, ultrasonic testing, soils compaction testing and seismic anchors.
$9 million, 55,400 square foot, six-story addition over the first floor of an existing medical facility. Inspections include reinforced concrete, masonry, epoxy grouted anchors, expansion anchors, structural steel fabrication and erection, fireproofing and ultrasonic testing.
$146 million expansion includes a new eight story patient tower, 115,000 square foot parking garage and new utility plant. Tower includes three floors of reinforced concrete wide module waffle slabs and 5 stories of structural steel eccentric braced frames. Inspections include soil density, reinforced concrete, post tension concrete, masonry, proprietary anchors, structural steel fabrication and erection, ultrasonic testing, fireproofing, moisture testing, floor flatness testing and asphalt density.
