$44 million, 175,000 square foot, new five-story hospital tower plus four levels of underground parking. The new south wing houses a 40-bed trauma center, six operating rooms, and 200 patient beds. Inspections include reinforced concrete, concrete batch plant, augercast, shotcrete, masonry, post tension concrete, structural steel erection, ultrasonic testing, soils compaction testing and seismic anchors.

$9 million, 55,400 square foot, six-story addition over the first floor of an existing medical facility. Inspections include reinforced concrete, masonry, epoxy grouted anchors, expansion anchors, structural steel fabrication and erection, fireproofing and ultrasonic testing.

$167 million new structure is the first major project in Portland to incorporate the new FEMA350/353 requirements. Inspections include concrete for drilled piers, foundations, shear walls, post tension concrete decks and bridge, fabrication shop audits, shoring, curtain wall, masonry, asphalt density, structural steel shop fabrication and field erection, and ultrasonic testing.

$146 million expansion includes a new eight story patient tower, 115,000 square foot parking garage and new utility plant. Tower includes three floors of reinforced concrete wide module waffle slabs and 5 stories of structural steel eccentric braced frames. Inspections include soil density, reinforced concrete, post tension concrete, masonry, proprietary anchors, structural steel fabrication and erection, ultrasonic testing, fireproofing, moisture testing, floor flatness testing and asphalt density.
