UW West Campus Garage Expansion & Transport Services Offices, Seattle, WA
March 2008 - present

$13 million expansion project to add 321 parking spaces to a 113,000 square foot, five-level parking garage and 12,000 square feet of office space on two partial levels. The garage features a post tension concrete structure finished with an exterior metal cladding system. Inspections include reinforced concrete, post tension concrete, shotcrete, proprietary anchors, structural steel fabrication, masonry and welding.

Pierce College Puyallup Campus Expansion, Puyallup, WA
September 2003 - present

Phased expansion consisted of a $9 million rennovation to the cascade buiding; a new $4 million, 16,000 square foot, two-story health education center; the new 9,000 square foot Ganero Family Childcare Center; a new College Center, a $12 million, 65,000 square foot, 2 new buildings with dining area, cybercafe, student program area, faculty office space and child care area; a $18 million performance and visual arts venue. Inspections include soil denstiy, reinforced concrete, masonry veneer, baseplate grout, structural steel fabrication and erection, ultrasonic testing, sprayed insulation, seismic resistance and asphalt density.

Pierce College Arts & Allied Health Building, Puyallup, WA
August 2008 - present

61,600 square foot, $18.7 million performance and visual arts venue houses a theater, recital hall, library and offices. Inspections include reinforced concrete, masonry, epoxy grouted anchors, ultrasonic testing, structural steel fabrication and erection, lateral framing and seismic resistance.

Clatsop Community College JCRP, Astoria, OR
February 2009 - present

$27 million two-phased campus renovation adds a three-story, 43,000 square foot meeting hall, classrooms and laboratories. Inspections include reinforced concrete, masonry, asphalt and soil density testing.

PSU Academic Building and Student Rec Center, Portland, OR
Completed: August 2009

$71 million, six-story, 180,300 square foot building to house an athletic facility, residential units, auditorium and academic space. Inspections include reinforced concrete, post-tension concrete, epoxy grouted anchors, structural steel fabrication and erection, and ultrasonic testing.

Phased expansion includes the addition of a new $4 million, 16,000 square foot early learning center; new $3 million, 16,000 square foot, two-story classroom and administration building; new $9.9 million, 57,000 square foot, four-story information and technology center; new $20 million, 73,000 square foot, three story Science Building; renovations to Buildings 7 and 21; and Fire Lane and Pedestrian Path improvements. Inspections include soils compaction, reinforced concrete, epoxy grouted anchors, expansion anchors, high strength grout, structural steel fabrication and erection, ultrasonic testing, seismic bracing, and floor flatness testing.

$13 million structural upgrade and remodel to existing library. The remodel included the removal of the heavy concrete exterior walls to allow natural light in, opening up of library stacking, new wide open stairways, and conversion of the basment into archives, a reading room, classroom and study rooms. Inspections include soils, reinforced concrete, nonshrink grout, baseplate grout, epoxy grouted anchors, expansion anchors, masonry, ultrasonic testing, seismic bracing, fiber wrap, fireproofing, as well as structural steel fabrication and erection.

$24.8 million, 150,000 square foot, six-story research and laboratory building with underground parking. Inspections include soil compaction, shoring, reinforced concrete, concrete batch plant, structural steel erection, masonry and asphalt density.
