$101 million, 2 building renovation to include police offices, city courts, 911 emergency response center and new below grade parking garage. Inspections include reinforced concrete, shotcrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, welding, epoxy dowels, expansion bolts, pre-cast welding, composite fiber wrap, masonry, fireproofing, epoxy dowel load testing and pachometer testing. On-site laboratory provided.
Provide on call special inspection and materials testing on City of Portland projects, including roadway, utility and municipal building projects. MTE has provided several inspectors on the Portland “Big Pipe Project” which is a $293 million, 9.5 mile long storage tunnel to handle the city’s sewage overflows. Services on this project have included inspection of soils, concrete, precast as well as settlement monitoring.
$500 million new government campus including new county correctional facility, administration building, records building and parking garage. On site laboratory provided.
