New 154,000 square foot middle school. Two-story structure replaces old school on the project site. Inspections include reinforced concrete, nonshrink grout, baseplate grout, proprietary anchors, masonry, seismic resistance, structural steel fabrication and erection as well as ultrasonic testing.
New $36 million elementary and middle school totaling 147,000 square foot. Inspections include reinforced concrete, baseplate grout, proprietary anchors, masonry, asphalt density, intumescent paint, structural steel fabrication and erection. Special testing includes floor flatness, slab moisture emissions and ultrasonic testing.
New $14.5 million, 55,579 square foot, three-story elementary school with classrooms, administrative office, cafeteria, and gymnasium. Inspections include soil compaction, reinforced concrete, baseplate grout, epoxy grouted and expansion anchors, structural steel fabrication and erection, lateral framing, seismic resistive components and asphalt compaction.
$18 million phased project includes a two-building addition and modernization of five existing school buildings. Inspections include reinforced concrete, baseplate grout, epoxy grouted anchors, expansion anchors, masonry, structural steel erection and fabrication, lateral wood framing, asphalt coring and density.
New $40.6 million, 205,000 square foot high school with administrative offices, classrooms, cafeteria, gymnasium and library. Inspections include soils compaction, reinforced concrete, masonry, structural steel erection, fireproofing and moisture testing.
$84.5 million, project consisting of the demolition of the current gymnasium, cafeteria and shop; renovation of the historic 1922 and 1928 buildings; and an addition to the north side of the building to house a new gym, cafeteria and performing arts center. Inspections include soil density, reinforced concrete, shotcrete, expansion anchors, epoxy dowels, masonry, structural steel fabrication, epoxy dowel load testing, structural steel erection, fireproofing and asphalt density.
