Campus expansion including a new parking garage, storm vaults and five new buildings. Inspections include reinforced concrete, post tension concrete, epoxy grouted anchors, expansion anchors, masonry, structural steel fabrication and erection, ultrasonic testing and fireproofing.

Washington Mutual Tower, Seattle, WA
Completed: March 2006

$140 million new tower consisting of a 42-story office building, 16-story museum building and 5 level, 700 stall underground parking garage. Project has steel frame construction with concrete core for seismic resistance. Inspections include shoring, reinforced concrete, masonry, fireproofing, structural steel fabrication and erection, shotcrete, ultrasonic testing and floor flatness testing. Large 10,000 yard MAT pour with 6 pump trucks required round the clock inspection and ultilized over 20 inspectors. Performed structural steel fabrication shop audits at Canron in Portland and British Columbia.

Summit Ridge Expansion, Bellevue, WA
Completed: April 2005

Phased $54 million expansion of existing office park. The first phase consisted of two new low rise buildings totaling 500,000 square feet. The second phase added an additional nine floors to the 110 building. Inspections include reinforced concrete, post tension concrete, pre-cast panels, masonry, fireproofing, structural steel.

607,000 square foot concrete tiltup building part of large industrial development project. Inspections include reinforced concrete, floor flatness testing, structural steel fabrication and erection, diaphragm nailing, epoxy/expansion anchors, ultrasonic testing and fireproofing.

Completed: March 2004

$400 million, 29 acre, new headquarters for biotechnical corporation. Project includes 8 buildings for offices, laboratories, fitness center, conference facility, library and utility plant. Onsite office and laboratory provided. Inspections include soils density, cast-in-place, post tension and precast concrete, structural steel fabrication and erection, ultrasonic testing, concrete, masonry, wood framing and asphalt density. Performed shop inspections for structural steel and precast concrete.
