Mr. Dolder has more than 20 years of testing and inspection management experience. He has extensive experience solving field constructability problems and specializes in high performance concrete mix designs, consulting, and field troubleshooting. Currently a principal of Mayes Testing Engineers, Inc., Mr. Dolder is responsible for managing finance and operations, project management, estimating and business development.
