This $70 million mixed-use project consisted of a 19-story tower over six levels of below grade parking and a 12-story office tower totaling 700,000 square feet.  This LEED Gold certified complex also has 24,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. Inspections included shoring, reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, epoxy grouted anchors, expansion anchors and structural steel fabrication and erection.
